Buyer understands that the vehicle is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITH NO DEALER WARRANTY,
expressed or implied, except rights that cannot legally be waived. Buyer accepts responsibility for repairs,
maintenance, parts, labor, diagnosis, towing and other vehicle expenses after delivery.
INSPECTION OPPORTUNITY.
Buyer acknowledges having the opportunity to inspect and test-drive the vehicle and/or obtain an independent
inspection before purchase. Buyer is not relying on Dealer to identify every present or future mechanical,
electrical, cosmetic, structural, safety, emissions or recall condition.
VEHICLE CONDITION / FINAL ACCEPTANCE.
Buyer understands that No Bounds Auto / NBA LLC does not represent this used vehicle as perfect or problem-free.
Buyer accepts the vehicle in its present condition, acknowledges that future maintenance or repairs may be needed,
and understands that the sale is final after payment, signing and delivery except as otherwise required by law.
